What's the difference between a fluorescent light (bulb, if thats the right term) Energy Saving Light bulb?
1. Ok first of all, NO WIKIPEDIA stuff please!
i will call it spam..
2.I dont care about to make or shape of them
because I find that they can look the same
Simply the light that they emit
How each light different?
3.And can i use the energy saving light to grow plants?
(such as "Psilocybe cubensis")

A standard filament light bulb has a spectrum clsoe to that of daylight as it is caused by a hot object ( filament is white hot around 1000C) - It is , however, rather yellow compared to the sun .
The fluorescent tube is not as hot ( which is why it saves energy ) so it is short of the yellow/red part of the spectrum so is perhaps to blue for natural lighting - which is why objects seen in fluorescent light do not appear their correct colour.
Plants will not grow very well under fluorescent lights because of the missing wavelengths - you can get special daylight type filament lamps and mercury type emission lamps for growing plants and for vivariums in which animals like tropical reptiles are kept
